By accessing, browsing, or using the Orbit SEO Sovereign platform ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. User Accounts and Security
To use our services, you may be required to create a workspace account:
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to resell or trade the service, reverse engineer the auditing engine, or use the platform for unauthorized automated scraping or malicious digital attacks.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals
- Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund Policy: All transactions are final, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused service periods.
4. Intellectual Property and Data Rights
- Platform IP: Orbit SEO Sovereign and its underlying code, graphics, algorithms, user interfaces, and domain assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company.
- Customer Data: Customers retain all intellectual property rights to the URLs, content, and metadata they submit for analysis. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your reports.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
The platform is designed to provide actionable search engine and accessibility auditing. You agree to use the service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. Users must not place unreasonable or disproportionately large server loads on our infrastructure or bypass platform security limits.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the platform in the past 12 months.
7. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your data will be purged in accordance with our data retention policy.
